Role Description :
Victoria University is expanding its international admissions team in Delhi and is currently hiring two International Admissions Officers. These roles are critical in supporting the efficient and accurate processing of international student applications, helping us deliver a high-quality admissions experience and meet recruitment targets across South Asia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess international student applications accurately in line with the University’s admissions policies and entry requirements.
- Evaluate and determine equivalencies of overseas qualifications for admission.
- Supporting in GS assessment and pre-screening calls with students if needed
- Maintain accurate student records and manage communications related to applications.
- Provide professional advice to prospective students and stakeholders on programs, fees, visas, scholarships, and enrolment.
- Support the International Admissions Manager and recruitment teams in marketing and recruitment activities across India and South Asia.
- Collaborate with the University’s agent network to ensure compliance and foster strong relationships.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of admissions procedures and documentation.
About You : Essential Criteria :
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong knowledge of international qualifications and university entry requirements.Familiarity with the Australian education system and policies affecting international students.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn University systems.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.Desirable Criteria :
Experience in a tertiary education institution.Familiarity with student information and financial management systems.Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
