Role Summary :

We are seeking proactive and client-focused Visa Counsellors to guide clients through the end-to-end visa process—from consultation to document submission—providing accurate advice and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel clients on visa types, eligibility, and documentation.
• Assist with application forms and submission.
• Stay updated on immigration rules and regulations.
• Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and in person.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with embassies / consulates as required.
• Maintain records and follow up on application status.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
