The Opportunity : Build and lead our sales function from ground up. Own Individual ARR targets. Close 15-25 enterprise deals / year.
What You'll Do :
Own revenue targets and build 3-6 month sales pipeline
Build a lean efficient Sales Team
Close complex enterprise deals (Plant Heads, CFOs, COOs)
Design sales playbook, processes, and channel partner program
Engage with automotive, CNC, and discrete manufacturing decision-makers
What You Bring :
8-12 years B2B enterprise sales.
Proven track record selling IIOT / MES solutions (45-90 day cycles)
Experience building sales processes from scratch
Strong closer with C-level engagement skills
Manufacturing / industrial domain knowledge
