We have an exclusive partnership with 40 of Indias largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 500 corporates in their upskilling / skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.

Role : Field Recruiter (HTD)

Location : Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract fresh graduates through campus drives, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates for training readiness.
• Coordinate and participate in virtual and on-ground hiring events.
• Explain the HTD model clearly to candidates and handle objections effectively.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding into the training program.
• Maintain MIS and daily reports on sourcing activities, conversion ratios, and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with the training and placement teams to align sourcing efforts with batch start dates and client requirements.
