Role : Sales Consultant (Remote)

Reporting to : Sales Manager

Location : Remote (India)

Requirements : Own laptop + good internet connection + HD camera for video calls

1. Ideal Candidate Profile

Focus on consultative fitness sales, not transactional telecalling.

Key Traits :

Clear spoken & written English (since calls are consultative)
Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or education sales preferred
Comfortable on video calls, using CRM tools, and structured follow-ups
Hungry, coachable, resilient, and numbers-driven
Values client transformation over pushy selling

Role Expectations :

Daily : 30–50 DMs or 10–15 qualified calls

Conversion : 20–30% close rate on shown calls

Maintain CRM hygiene, timely follow-ups, and accurate notes

Work Setup :

Remote role (full-time)

Must have own laptop and high-quality webcam for video consultations

Stable internet connection mandatory

2. Resume Screening Checklist

A. Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) :

1–2 years’ experience in inside sales / counselling / B2C sales

Mentions of quotas, targets, or revenue performance

Fluent English (can be tested via Loom or intro video)

Comfortable using CRMs / WhatsApp / Google Sheets

Own laptop + reliable Wi-Fi + good camera

B. Good-to-Haves :

Experience with fitness, education, or high-ticket service sales

Mentions consultative selling, discovery calls, or objection handling

Prior online / remote work experience

Professional LinkedIn profile or verifiable references

C. Red Flags :

Frequent job changes (

Generic telecalling background without consultative selling

Complaints about “target pressure” or “script-based” work

Poor communication or unprofessional email / voice sample
