Job Title : Oracle RMB Application Development – Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle RMB Application Development Lead to design, develop, and support Oracle-based financial and billing systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Lead the design and development of application modules to meet business needs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation , including design specs, migration instructions, and test scripts.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL / SQL code according to best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing with documented results.
• Support application deployment and provide production support when needed.
• Collaborate with onshore / offshore teams and participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Stay current with Oracle technology trends and best practices .
