Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team . This internship offers an opportunity to learn core HR operations , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance .
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture .
This role includes a three-month probation, with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruitment activities , including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Support the onboarding process , ensuring all documentation and orientation procedures are completed smoothly.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance data .
- Assist in employee engagement activities to promote team collaboration and morale.
- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper offboarding documentation.
- Support performance evaluation processes by organizing feedback sessions and reports.
- Provide administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR files.
- Assist in asset management , tracking assigned office resources, and maintaining logs.
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Participate in training and development initiatives and help track attendance and progress.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .Strong organizational and time-management skills .Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities .Ability to work both independently and as part of a team .Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance is preferred.Perks & Benefits :
