Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Human Resources Trainer at HRQuadrant. The role involves developing and delivering training programs, coaching employees, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Training & Development and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in Training and Coaching
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Experience in HR practices and organizational development
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
