Job descriptionA recognized professional Digital Marketing Certification combined with relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation Strong skills in Marketing, Web Analytics, and Digital Marketing Understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO and content optimization. Experience using marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions Experience with managing budgets and project timelines Experience in B2B digital marketing is a plus Google Ads (search, display, shopping campaigns) Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising LinkedIn Campaign Manager X Campaign Manager Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads and conversion tracking Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation Landing page optimization and CRO principles Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign) Problem-solving and optimization mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Communication and stakeholder management Self-motivated and proactive learner Collaborative team player Adaptability in fast-paced environments Impact : This is a high-visibility role where your work directly contributes to the company's growth. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience across various online platforms. You will be instrumental in driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth.
What will you do;
- Manage and optimize paid search (PPC / Google Ads) and organic search (SEO) strategies.
- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Oversee and create engaging content for our company's social media platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of all digital channels using Google Analytics.
- Contribute creative ideas for new digital initiatives and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for conversion, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
