About the Role :
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Assist in preparing annual marketing budgets and forecasts.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, email, SEO / SEM, and paid ads.Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports.3. Content & Creative Development
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies to develop marketing collateral.Write engaging copy for ads, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content.Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.CRM & Lead Management :
Manage lead generation initiatives and nurture leads through digital funnels.Work with sales teams to support conversions and improve customer acquisition.6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, etc., to measure and analyze results.Prepare weekly / monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.Skills & Qualifications :
Business, Communications, or related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation.Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, Canva, etc.(ref : iimjobs.com)
