AVP & VP - Business Transformations || Asset Management / Capital Markets

Hiring for leadership roles with a

Global Capability Center (GCC) of a leading Asset Management firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end

process transformation and automation initiatives

for the asset management business.

Own and

execute strategic programs

with measurable business impact—cost reduction, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Govern the

automation delivery lifecycle

and align it with enterprise strategy and outcomes.

Evaluate and implement emerging automation tools (AI / ML, low-code platforms) to future-proof operations.

Engage

senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

to ensure buy-in and adoption of automation solutions.

Foster digital awareness, build automation capability across teams, and

drive cultural change .

Manage

program budgets, resource planning, MIS / reporting , and risk mitigation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

15+ years of experience, with a significant portion in the

asset management / capital markets domain

and

process transformation .

Strong background in

Intelligent Automation, RPA, AI / ML platforms , and

low-code / no-code solutions .

Proven experience in

Lean Six Sigma , Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies.

Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams and

global stakeholder relationships

(CXO-level).

Strong understanding of

SDLC ,

business architecture , and

automation trends .

Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps is a plus.

Excellent leadership, program management, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
