Job description

Job Responsibility :

  • Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development.
  • Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving / surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.
  • Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals (specially BMs, Area Heads etc.) to enable scaling up of the business including broking (80%) as well as WM products (20%).
  • Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan.
  • Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments are critical for the job.
  • Ability to directly build and manage HNI & UHNI relationships.
  • Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel.
  • A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.

Core Requirements :

  • Leadership skills are a must.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
  • Excellent communication (oral & written),
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills will self-driven approach.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
