Job details :

8 - 10 years hands on experience in the areas of Installation of servers, networking

and Microsoft Products including MS Office, MS Project, MS SQL

Professional Qualification :

• Certification in Hardware & Networking (JCHNP), MCSE & CCNA courses
• Knowledge about Microsoft Office Installation and troubleshooting is mandatory
• Knowledge on MS Project will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge on Cloud computing and handling data centres will be an additional advantage

To manage IT infrastructure

User Management

 To allot computers / laptop to new joiners on the day of joining.

 To ensure that correct software is installed in the respective system.

 To train new users to process on system security and basic usage of email service.

 To close calls with internal users within the desired time frame and maintain log of complaints and

 Research and installing new software's as per user requirements.

 To configure emails on Mobile phones which supports email configuration on the device.

Database Management

Core Skills :

8.1. Windows 10 & 11, Windows server 2003, Windows server 2008, windows server 2011
