Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive of Accounts and Finance, based in Nagpur. The Senior Executive will oversee financial accounting, prepare and maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include handling payroll, managing accounts receivable and payable, conducting financial analyses, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Experience : 5+ year in a hospital industry

• Process patient refunds and coordinate with spoke teams / banks.
• Share daily pending dues reports and ensure timely recovery.
• Manage receivables, account reconciliation, and credit control.
• Handle GST filing, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, audit schedules, and maintain financial records.
• Assist in month-end closures and support internal / external audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and continuous process improvement.
