Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Oversee and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicles that cannot be resolved by technicians or junior staff.
- Workshop Management : Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow, optimal resource utilization, and timely service delivery.
- Training & Development :
- Conduct training sessions for technicians and support staff on vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair standards. Ensure updated technical information is accessible across the dealership.
- Process & Compliance : Enforce service and repair protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures in the workshop.
- Customer Support & Escalation : Assist in handling escalated technical queries from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, service managers, and dealership staff to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
