We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and finance operations of our client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of QuickBooks, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication skills.

You will manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with company policies, and play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations using QuickBooks.
• Lead and manage the finance team for the India office.
• Review team output, provide training, and supervise staff.
• Maintain precise financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations regularly.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Oversee management of fixed assets, including monthly depreciation and lease amortization.

Requirements :

Preferred Skills :

Prior experience with international or US-based transportation clients.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven capability to lead a team of 6-8 and manage multiple priorities.
