Senior Manager - US Business Taxation

Roles and responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Allocate resources, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) for individuals and businesses.
• Provide US tax advisory services, including tax planning and strategy formulation.
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and address client-specific tax issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, coordinating with US offices as needed.
• Implement best practices and drive process improvements within the tax team.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Mitigate tax risks by ensuring adherence to IRS and international tax regulations.

Review tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
