Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee engagement . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, seamless onboarding of new employees, monthly payroll coordination, and driving employee satisfaction initiatives at our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning.
• Conduct smooth and structured onboarding & induction for new joiners.
• Administer attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in alignment with statutory compliance.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRMIS databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate performance review processes and assist in HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and benefits.
