We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-oriented professional to join our Founder’s Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will work directly with the founders and leadership team across strategic initiatives, investor relations, operational execution, and cross-functional problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Drive key cross-functional projects on behalf of the founders, ensuring timelines, accountability, and outcomes.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Own special initiatives in growth, product, operations, or investor relations.
Act as a thought partner and force multiplier to the founders.
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, dashboards, and updates.
Coordinate and follow up on key decisions and actions from leadership discussions.
Identify gaps in internal processes and drive initiatives for streamlining.
Build and manage internal documentation, OKRs, performance dashboards.
Liaise with business heads to track progress on strategic goals and targets.
Work with internal and external stakeholders including investors, partners, and key hires.
Support in scaling team culture, values, and leadership initiatives.
Lead internal communications, leadership offsites, and org-wide updates.
