This is a full-time, remote position based in India.

The Associate Founder – Indian Operations will play a key role in building and managing Studio Janala's Indian Team, working closely with artisans and the global team to bring the brand's handloom vision to life.

Studio Janala is a newly established company in the fashion and home furnishing category, preparing for an exciting launch in Germany in January 2026 .

We aim to build a world where Indian handloom is preserved, celebrated, and worn with pride . Our vision is to see sarees and Indian textiles as living stories connecting rural roots with global wardrobes, and tradition with the present.

Studio Janala dreams of a future where every artisan is seen, every craft is valued, and every fold carries dignity, beauty, and soul.

Role Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and nurture artisan relationships , ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Oversee production, sourcing, and logistics from India to international markets.
• Collaborate with the Germany-based central team on product development, business strategy, and brand storytelling.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives that promote Indian handloom globally.
• Contribute to the company's early-stage operations and growth strategy .
