Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Founder's Office Associate at Vigovia. The Founder's Office Associate will work directly with the founder and play a key role in managing day-to-day business operations and creative initiatives. You'll assist with strategic projects, market research, presentation creation, promotional campaigns, and internal coordination across multiple teams. The role also includes managing communication materials, drafting messages for clients and partners, and supporting the founder with administrative and ad-hoc tasks to save time and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the founder with hiring, team coordination, and progress tracking
• Conduct market and country research for travel planning and pricing
• Convert Word itineraries or documents into visually appealing Canva graphics and proposals
• Draft communication materials, messages, and client updates
• Prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials
• Conduct competitor and pricing analysis across destinations
• Manage files, organize information, and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
• Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and brand campaigns
