Job description

Team Leadership & Development :

Conduct effective team and portfolio reviews, provide direction and guidance, and ensure continuous competence development within the engineering team.

Utility & Services Management :

Monitor the operation and maintenance of plant utilities and services, including water, air, steam, nitrogen, refrigeration, and HVAC systems, to meet production and compliance targets.

Equipment Maintenance :

Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.

ERP & SAP Proficiency :

Utilize SAP / ERP systems effectively for maintenance planning, resource management, and reporting.

Energy & Cost Management :

Drive energy conservation initiatives and implement cost-reduction strategies as per organizational mandates.

Safety Compliance :

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and compliance requirements within the engineering team.

Budgeting & Planning :

Prepare and manage annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets in line with business objectives.
