Key Responsibilities :

• Provide HSE leadership and promote a strong safety culture across the site
• Ensure 100% compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace risks and enhance safe work practices
• Identify and implement best practices in HSE management
• Build trust and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through consultation and persuasive communication
• Collaborate effectively within a matrix environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
• Monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions
• Train, mentor, and guide teams to build safety awareness and accountability
• Strategically contribute to HSE planning and risk management initiatives
