Key Responsibilities :
- Provide HSE leadership and promote a strong safety culture across the site
- Ensure 100% compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace risks and enhance safe work practices
- Identify and implement best practices in HSE management
- Build trust and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through consultation and persuasive communication
- Collaborate effectively within a matrix environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions
- Train, mentor, and guide teams to build safety awareness and accountability
- Strategically contribute to HSE planning and risk management initiatives
Eligibility Criteria :
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor's / Master's in ChemistryDiploma in Industrial Safety is mandatoryMinimum 12–15 years of progressive field HSE experienceAt least 5 years of HSE experience on the production floor in a safety-committed organizationStrong knowledge of local safety laws and compliance requirementsProven ability to work in a matrix organization and lead teamsExcellent communication, consultation, and leadership skillsDemonstrated experience in strategic thinking and implementing long-term safety programsSkills Required
