Job Title : Customer Care & Tele-Sales Associate
Reports To : Founder / CEO

Key Responsibilities :
Customer Care (Inbound)
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and emails for order status, returns, product questions.
- Deliver prompt, polite, and solution-oriented responses to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM / Excel.
Tele-Sales (Outbound)
Make outbound calls to :Upsell / cross-sell grooming kits and bundles.Win back lapsed customers with offers.Confirm orders and reduce COD returns.Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.Feedback & Insights
Capture customer feedback and product suggestions and share structured reports with marketing and product teams.Flag recurring pain points (delivery issues, product queries, etc.) to improve CX.Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer care / tele-sales, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or D2C brands.Strong communication skills in English + Hindi + Kannada (multi-language a plus).Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.Comfortable working with CRMs, Excel, and call logging tools.Hustler mindset – sales-driven with customer empathy.
