About The Opportunity
We are a leading pharmaceutical organization specializing in the cardio-diabetic sector. We develop and deliver innovative cardiovascular and diabetes therapies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Our field force collaborates closely with cardiologists, endocrinologists, and general practitioners across India to drive prescription adoption and gather clinical insights in an on-site capacity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets in the cardio-diabetic segment.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals including cardiologists, endocrinologists, and internists.
- Conduct impactful product presentations detailing clinical data, safety profiles, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with medical affairs to coordinate advisory boards, CME events, and product trainings.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging therapies, and treatment trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain CRM records, prepare activity reports, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor&aposs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.1–3 years of proven sales experience in the cardio-diabetic pharmaceutical segment.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer orientation with ability to build lasting professional relationships.Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Preferred
Experience with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.Knowledge of current treatment guidelines and emerging therapies in cardiology and diabetes.Postgraduate qualification (MBA / PGDM) in Marketing or Pharma Management.Certification in diabetes education or cardiovascular risk management.Proficiency in local language(s) of the assigned region.Benefits & Culture Highlights
