Astrotalk is looking for an awesome Human Resources Specialist! 🌟

What You’ll Do :

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and bring in the right talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Take care of HR operations : performance management, payroll, compensation, and attendance.
Maintain employee records and ensure smooth HR processes.
Be a go-to person for employees, resolving queries and ensuring a great work experience.

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of HR experience (recruitment + HR operations).

Hands-on exposure to payroll, attendance, and performance management is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Someone proactive, people-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
