Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Payroll Specialist based on-site at our Gurgaon location. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, review and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle garnishments, and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll operations and providing excellent payroll services to employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll for employees
• Working knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance with legal regulations
• Experience handling Garnishments and resolving payroll discrepancies
• Skills in Payroll Services to ensure employee satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Proficiency in payroll software systems; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
