About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our team. If you're passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and have a strong foundation in adult learning principles, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop engaging Web-Based Training (WBT) solutions for corporate audiences.
• Translate business processes, soft skills, compliance, and engineering content into effective eLearning modules.
• Apply instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) to create impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Ensure consistent tone, style, and accuracy using industry-standard style guides (MSTP, Chicago, or customer-specific).
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) at a medium-to-advanced level of proficiency.
