Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales

targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize
  • performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the
  • tech industry.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and
  • competitive landscape.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior
  • management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall
  • business objectives.

  • Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the
  • sales team

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Proven night / US shift experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology
  • sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing
  • high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and
  • closing skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • with clients and motivate team members.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable
  • insights. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
