About the role :
We're hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support our lead generation, outreach, and client-facing sales activities. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (or strong internship exposure) who wants to learn how to sell AI products in the B2B space.
You'll work directly with our founding team and senior sales members to :
Identify new prospectsSchedule and attend meetings with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CEOs, Founders)Visit clients on field and sell packages of the productAssist in product demos and proposal follow-upsLearn the full sales cycle from outreach to closingKey Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & OutreachBuild targeted lead lists across industries like real estate, BFSI, real estate developers, manufacturing, etc.Use LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Sheets, referrals, and outreach tools to identify and reach potential clientsWrite and send cold messages, email scripts, and WhatsApp intros under supervisionFollow up on inbound leads and keep track of outreach resultsSales Support & MeetingsSchedule and prepare for demo meetings with decision-makersAttend client meetingsTake notes, share recap emails, and track action items post-meetingHelp customize proposals, pitch decks, and case studies as neededOn-Ground Client InteractionAttend client offices, expos, or events (mostly in Mumbai) when neededRepresent Trustvid professionally in in-person settingsSupport during pilot campaigns by coordinating between internal and client teamsCRM & AdminUpdate CRM tools, Notion dashboards, and sales trackers regularlyCoordinate contracts, NDAs, invoices, and basic sales documentationSupport senior sales and marketing team with collateral needs and data entryYou're a good fit if you :
Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicingAre confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to clients over video calls or in-personAre excited by AI, martech, or SaaS sales and want to learn in a startup environmentCan write clear messages and follow up diligently with leadsAre fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable with basic Excel / SheetsAre eager to grow into a full-cycle sales role in 6–12 monthsBonus points :
