We are seeking a Sales Associate to build enduring relationships with B2B partners, manage leads from inception to closure, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for meeting HNI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and UHNI (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) clients, suggesting natural stones, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. This role requires an individual with an uncompromising passion for customer service, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Build enduring relationships with B2B partners such as Architects and Interior Designers. Develop a continuous lead funnel through dedicated business development activities and liaison with B2B partners to close deals.
- Lead Ownership & Client Management : Take full ownership of leads (generated through B2B partners or marketing channels) from the first touchpoint to closure. Meet HNI and UHNI (prospective and existing) clients to understand their requirements, suggest appropriate natural stones, and close sales.
- Cross-Functional Liaison : Collaborate effectively with Operations, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track and review actual sales results against set business targets. Analyze periodic reports to identify and understand market trends.
- Continuous Learning : Continuously acquire and update understanding of industry dynamics and consumer buying behavior. Engage in periodic self-training to enhance communication and deal-closing skills, particularly with India's Fortune 500 families.
Skills Required
