Job Title : Senior Electrical Engineer

Location : Bengaluru

We’re looking for a senior-level electrical engineer with a strong background in control systems, drive selection, and safety compliance for semiconductor capital equipment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, the ability to handle B&R I / O systems (and possibly Siemens PLCs), and a solid foundation in risk assessment and machine safety.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Lead the design, selection, and sizing of motors, drives, and motion systems for semiconductor capital equipment.
• Work with industrial I / O systems; familiarity with B&R PLCs is an advantage.
• Contribute to risk assessments per SEMI S14, EN ISO 13849, and SIL / PL standards.
• Design AC / DC power distribution systems compliant with NFPA 79, SEMI S22, and relevant UL standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and clarify technical requirements, load / motion integration for new and existing projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, and when required, lead a team of engineers
• Prepare and maintain electrical schematics, I / O lists, cable routing diagrams, and BOMs using SolidWorks Electrical.
• Manage and maintain product data in PLM systems.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for control panels, drives, and I / O systems.
• Support FAT execution, customer acceptance, and TUV or third-party safety audits.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
