Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing and placement services.Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles within the software development industry preferably focusing on AI innovation and staff augmentation.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the IT outsourcing sector.Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.Key Skills
