Test Lead

Bachelor’s degree in ECE, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in SWE.4,SWE.6,SYS.5 testing with a strong focus on ADAS- L2,L2+,L3 software & systems V&V

Proven expertise in test automation and verification techniques across various test levels (unit, functional, integration and qualification testing).

Solid understanding of Functional Safety standards, particularly ISO 26262 and ASPICE process knowledge.

Strong programming experience in C++ (Version 11 and above), with emphasis on writing clean, modular, and testable code.

Proficient in Python, particularly using Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, test result processing, and evaluations on datasets.

Hands-on experience with MATLAB, TPT, Google Test (GTest) for writing and running unit / component tests for C++ codebases.

Skilled in working with SIL model and test framework updates, including scenario generator and model integration.

Proficient with CarMaker or similar tools for generating road files, setting up test environments, and integrating with tools like Simax.

Familiarity with test evaluation logging

Competent in using SQL for querying evaluation data and supporting dashboard / report generation.

Experienced with GIT for version control, test script management, and collaboration workflows.

Comfortable using Linux command-line tools for tasks involving data handling, file operations, and interaction with DMAAS platforms.

Exposure to AI / ML concepts is considered a plus for future enhancements in test automation and analytics.

ISTQB Test Manager certification is a strong plus.

Experience with CI / CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, and Jenkins is desirable.

Good to have experience with Vector tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer), dSPACE, and HIL test environments.

Good to have : Knowledge and experience in AI / ML validation techniques, particularly in the context of perception systems and data-driven ADAS features.
