Job Title : Domestic Sales Head (PAN India)

Preferred Industry : Healthcare ( Manufacturer, seller & exporter of medical disposables and

hospital products )

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Domestic Sales & Marketing Head (PAN India) to lead our

sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the medical device

industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, and building

strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across India.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.

Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential clients in the medical device

sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions,

distributors, and channel partners.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies

with business objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales

strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 15-18 years in sales leadership within the medical equipment manufacturing

industry.

Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector across India.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to travel extensively across India as required.
