Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for creating 3D Surface Models 2D Drawings components assemblies using CAD system Creo Parametric 10.
• Hands on experience in CAD metadata documentation using Windchill (PLM).
• Create Validate analyse and review digital Mock-up models for Engine Platforms; optimise and maintain the database to keep them updated.
• Integration of Subsystems in Engine platforms and performing tolerance stack-up calculations for checking clearance gaps & worst cases in assemblies.
• Proficiently assign GD&T for complex casting welding piping sheet metal machining components according to the understanding of their manufacturing processes.
• Generating design concepts to visualize technical solutions and presenting it to experts for their clarification.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary departments within project environments.
• Collaborate with component suppliers spread across the world consult with sub-system owners (SSO) quality purchase and other concerned departments for technical clarifications in development process.
• Work according to company Standards design codes software tools adhering to all defined boundaries related to ways of working
