Role Overview
As a Growth Associate , you’ll be part of the front-line growth team driving Marbles Health’s mission forward. You’ll reach out to doctors, patients, and partners through consultative calls, personalized emails, and thoughtful messages - building trust and driving engagement.
This isn’t traditional sales, it’s relationship-led growth that combines communication, strategy, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative outreach calls with doctors and patients to introduce Marbles Health’s offerings.
- Engage leads via calls, messages, and emails with a focus on personalization and clarity.
- Deliver a top-notch experience in every interaction — ensuring warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Research, identify, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Programs & Partnerships team to align on strategy and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously suggest ways to improve communication scripts, outreach tactics, and engagement flows.
What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator - articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.Strong writing skills for crafting professional emails and outreach messages.Comfortable with cold calls and consultative discussions with professionals (doctors / patients).Motivated by targets and excited by the challenge of achieving measurable results.Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream .Bonus : Experience in healthcare, inside sales, or client success roles.What You’ll Gain
