Digilytics AI - Senior Technical Implementation Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical lead to join our SaaS product implementation team. This role involves working closely with clients, internal support / CI-CD teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure and deploy our Azure-based SaaS solutions. You will also contribute to building operational data structures and reports that support ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and configure the SaaS product accordingly.
• Have experience in team lead.
• Collaborate with support and CI / CD teams to ensure seamless deployments and stable

operations.
