Job description
We're hiring a Business Analyst with experience in manufacturing, machine maintenance, or asset management. The role involves gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting ERP / CMMS / EAM system implementations to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business / technical requirements across operations, maintenance, and production.
- Document BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows.
- Support ERP / EAM / CMMS design and implementation (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
- Coordinate UAT and validate system functionalities.
- Collaborate on KPIs, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and tech teams.
