Performance Marketing Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who will work for both JIMS & ISBF to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, innovative, and focused on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), , YouTube, and other platforms for both JIMS & ISBF.
• Design and implement lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content, design, and admissions teams across both institutions to ensure campaign consistency.
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor benchmarks, and platform updates.
