ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

1. Sales & Business Growth

Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities in the housing loans and

LAP market by targeting potential customers and exploring new channels of acquisition.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

business targets for housing loans and LAP products.

Customer Acquisition : Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into sales, ensuring that

the company's loan products are positioned effectively in the market.

Sales Presentations : Present housing loan and LAP offerings to potential customers through

meetings, calls, and presentations.

Sales Reporting : Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities,

related to housing loans and LAPs.

Key Skills for a BDM in Housing Loans & LAP :

Strong understanding of housing loan products, terms, and processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
