Job descriptionLead and deliver multiple projects on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate with clients & teams to define goals, deliverables, and timelines. Review code, technical design, and quality standards. Manage resources, risks, and dependencies effectively. Drive Agile ceremonies, reporting, and process improvements. Ensure high team performance through clarity, accountability, and direction.
Location : Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience : 8–12 Years (5–6 Years in Project Management)
Schedule : Monday to Friday | Full-time
Requirements
- Minimum 8–12 years in IT with 5–6 years managing projects end-to-end.
- Former developer with hands-on coding experience; able to review technical work / code.
- Strong in Agile / Scrum, SDLC, and project delivery frameworks.
- Skilled in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Excellent planning, estimation, risk & stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead teams with a proactive, assertive, and accountable approach.
- PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
