Employment Type : Commission-based with monthly maintenance

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth for CALIM Tech in the South / West India region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CALIM’s technology and consultancy solutions, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospects.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in South India.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve CALIM’s offerings and market approach.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in technology, ERP, or consultancy solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based structure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the South / West India India region.
  • Minimum qualification : Graduate in Business / Marketing / Technology (preferred but not mandatory).
