Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Job Overview :

We are hiring a Chief Technical Officer to lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, and

innovation for OTT, micro drama, and vertical series productions. The CTO will drive the

company's technical vision, oversee product development, ensure seamless streaming

performance, and enable scalable, cutting-edge digital production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

 Oversee production tech, post-production workflows, and digital platform integration

while driving efficiency and tech adoption.

 Develop and execute the overall technology roadmap for OTT and content production

platforms.

 Lead the design and implementation of digital infrastructure supporting video

streaming, post-production, and content delivery.

 Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted editing, cloud

workflows, and data-driven viewer analytics.

 Partner with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver superior viewing

experiences across multiple devices and formats.

 Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.

 Manage technical budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.

 Build and mentor a high-performing tech and engineering team.

 Oversee continuous improvement of production pipelines for micro dramas and vertical

format series.

Qualifications & Experience :

 10+ years in media tech leadership; expertise in OTT platforms, production systems,

cloud workflows, and emerging digital technologies.

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

field.

 Proven experience implementing scalable streaming and production systems.

 Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CDN management,

and video encoding workflows.

 Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional technology teams and strategic

initiatives.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Up to ₹3,300,000.00 per year
