Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership (PMS / AIF) : Provide visionary sales leadership specifically for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) products, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning within the wealth management sector.
- CRM & Client Lifecycle Management : Oversee and enhance CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies and client lifecycle management, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Channel Development & Partner Network Expansion : Drive the development of new sales channels and expand the partner network, identifying and building strategic alliances to broaden market reach.
- Digital Business Enablement : Lead initiatives for digital business enablement, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes, enhance client experience, and drive efficiency.
- Revenue Management & Target Alignment : Manage revenue streams effectively, ensuring alignment of business targets across all sales functions and driving profitability.
- Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within wealth management.
- Team Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization, aligning business development efforts with corporate objectives.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in Wealth Management companies is mandatory.Strong leadership in PMS / AIF sales .Expertise in marketing strategy and brand positioning .Proficiency in CRM & client lifecycle management .Demonstrated ability in channel development & partner network expansion .Experience in digital business enablement .Strong capabilities in revenue management & target alignment .Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.Skills Required
