Key Responsibilities :
HR Systems and Processes
- Implement and optimize HR systems and workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards using internal ATS.
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational goals.Drive organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee growth.Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and vision.Talent Acquisition and Management
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top-tier talent across departments.Design and implement effective strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.Employee Relations and Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.Develop programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 5 years in HR Management or a similar senior HR role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry (300+ employees).Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Certifications : any HR certifications are a plusSkills :Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry best practices.Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR initiatives.Proficiency in HR software, systems, and data analytics tools.Skills Required
