Job Title : Brand Strategist / Digital Marketing Manager
Location : Ahmedabad, India
Working Hours : 7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST (aligned to U.S. time zones)
Role Summary
This is the highest-impact marketing seat in the company. You’ll own our brand voice, digital presence , and demand-generation engine —turning awareness into qualified leads that fuel revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Short-Form Video & Reels : Ideate, storyboard, direct, and oversee editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Snapchat content that converts views into inquiries.
- Web & Landing Pages : Audit existing pages, launch new ones, and continuously optimize copy, UX, and conversion rates.
- Content & Copywriting : Produce high-impact blogs, ad copy, email sequences, and marketing collateral that speak directly to the needs of recent international grads.
- Reputation Management : Build and execute a proactive reviews strategy;
monitor mentions and maintain a 4.8 + online rating.
Content Calendar & Strategy : Develop monthly / quarterly calendars for long-form (webinars, YouTube) and short-form content;repurpose assets acrosschannels.
On-Camera & Webinar Hosting : Confidently host large webinars (100+ attendees) and appear on camera for tutorials, interviews, and social content.Institutional Outreach : Deliver persuasive presentations to universities and training partners;tailor decks and pitches to each audience.
SEO & Analytics : Own keyword research, on-page SEO, and use SEMrush / GA4 to track rankings, traffic, and funnel performance.Tool Stack : Expert user of Canva / Adobe Suite, social schedulers, marketing-automation platforms, Google Analytics, etc.Project Leadership : Drive initiatives from concept to completion with minimal oversight;rally internal and external resources as needed.
Qualifications
Experience : 4–6 + years in digital marketing with a clear track record of lead generation and brand growth .Portfolio : Links to at least one blog post, one short-form video , and one webinar / presentation you’ve created or hosted.Technical Skills : Advanced copywriting, strong SEO fundamentals, hands-on with SEMrush (or similar), confident on camera.Soft Skills : Charismatic presenter, data-driven decision-maker, relentless problem-solver who thrives in a high-growth, low-hand-holding environment.Mindset : Persistent, resourceful, and able to “get to anyone” inside or outside an organization to make things happen.
