Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search
engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best
practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy, and will play a key role
in increasing our online visibility and driving organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structure
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Track and report on SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
- Manage and guide junior SEO team members (if applicable)
- Build and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, outreach, backlinks)
- Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and page performance
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably agency or performance-driven roles)Proven success in improving rankings and organic trafficStrong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsProficient with SEO tools : Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure (basic level)Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills (Bonus) :
Experience with Local SEO and International SEOKnowledge of Core Web Vitals and Page Speed OptimizationBasic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and schema markupUnderstanding of paid marketing (Google Ads, Social Media) is a plus
