We are looking for a  Marketing & PR Assistant  who can blend  creativity, strategy, and execution  to help us grow our digital presence, engage with our community, and expand our brand reach across Mumbai and beyond.

Key responsibilities :

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow all existing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business).
• Develop strategies to  diversify reach on new platforms  such as YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, seasonal trends, and product launches.
• Curate and maintain a visually appealing and cohesive Instagram feed that reflects our  premium brand identity .
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, YouTube shorts, and blog snippets) to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.

Content Creation & Video Production

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for reels, behind-the-scenes content, tutorials, and promotional campaigns.
• Repurpose content across different platforms for maximum visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the baking team to capture  storytelling moments  from the kitchen and product creation process.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in website development, updates, and maintenance to ensure smooth user experience.
• Support SEO efforts by optimizing content and improving search rankings.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Design & Branding

• Create flyers, product menus, and campaign creatives using Canva and Photoshop.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all digital and offline marketing touchpoints.
• Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand storytelling.

Public Relations & Business Development

• Pitch and promote our premium baked products to  cafés, corporates, and event planners in Mumbai , helping to expand B2B partnerships.
• Coordinate with influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets for collaborations and coverage.
• Support event planning, pop-ups, and tasting sessions to increase local brand presence.

Creative Writing and communication

• Write compelling captions, product descriptions, press releases, and blog content.
• Craft email newsletters and WhatsApp campaigns to engage with existing customers and drive repeat orders.

What we are looking for

• Passionate about  food, baking, and the F&B industry  with a keen eye for trends.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Business Management.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in content creation, photography, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
• Creative thinker with excellent  storytelling and copywriting skills .
• Familiarity with website management, SEO, and paid ads is a plus.
• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
