- Build a content calendar for IPLIX's LinkedIn and Instagram — focusing on case studies, campaign wins, thought leadership, team culture, and brand story.
- Create and publish social media posts aligned with our vision of being a leading Influencer Marketing agency.
- Proactively scout and pitch for PR opportunities – speaker slots, panels, media features, interviews, award nominations, etc.
- Identify and attend influencer marketing events, seminars, and networking forums where IPLIX can participate, speak, or be seen.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to position them as industry voices — write or coordinate posts, interviews, and event appearances.
- Build strong connections with media, PR professionals, and marketing communities.
- Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and creator economy to build topical, buzz-worthy content .
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to bring content and comms to life.
You are perfect for this role if you :
Have 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or social media marketing.Are a natural storyteller and understand how to shape a brand's digital voice.Have a strong grasp on LinkedIn + Instagram content formats and trends.Know how to pitch for PR and media opportunities and get a brand featured.Are comfortable attending events, representing the company, and making connections.Are confident, self-driven, and can operate independently with minimal handholding.Bonus : You've worked with a marketing, influencer, or creative agency before.
